Elements At Water Street - Naperville

Host of a braut shower at elements for 34 and.4 children. while the hotel is very nice, and the small room where we hosted the shower in the same way, the event manager was not very attentive before the event. I think location like these forget that they work for the customer or don't worry about a $1500 order. I should have been looking elsewhere, but not. no surprise that the event itself was just okay. the room was freezing. it rained. they said they had erected the heat, but they never warmed up. I had to ask to put a candle on the table. I've never been asked anything else than if I wanted to pay extra for tableclothing. the quiche was supposed to be hot when she was served and some told me they were cold. most of the baked that were served while they looked good were not fresh and many were stoney. we have paid for the whole event because supposedly all foods had to be ordered. fortunately, all the guests were happy to see themselves, so it was largely overlooked, but it was disappointing to pay all the same, top-dollar for so cold quiche and stele bucks. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We had our high-time reception on elements in the water street on 3/12/22, and it was all we could hope. the room is beautiful and the location is perfect when they do their guests a lot, as it is in the heart of the inner city of naperville. we worked together with cheryl cady in planning and she was very helpful in stimulating and coordinating with other providers in the region to make the event seemingly casual. the food was fantastic! the chef chef and his employees make a more beautiful flat-dinner service that we and our guests loved! and we cannot say enough about the personal! each at elements takes care of the provision of a stellar experience for all its guests and it shows. in the night there were so many small: molly (the event coordinator for the evening) was wonderful! she gave the tantigam and I a moment alone in the reception during the cocktail hour to breathe and enjoy some champagne and hor d’oeuvres before the party has kicked out. the bartender, rich, checked all night with us, even during dinner, to make sure we had everything we wanted. and the waiter even made sure not to delete any teller from the shade before he asked if we were done (the braut and the tantigam are often on the work of the room and they made sure that we weren't eating out of our own night!

I'm a high-time photographer so I'm happy to eat somewhere new every weekend. the filet with roasted paprika and asparagus can be one of the top 10 dishes in my 10 years as a high-time photographer! bravo!

There are not enough beautiful things to say about cheryl and her team at elements. we have only booked our date in August 2018 and finally married after three years waiting period on 4 september 2021. cheryl was a close one of us to help our september 2020 high time to literally alphabetize our maps, there was nothing cheryl not to do spectacular. she was so responsive, calm and calming and always had our backs. the services they provided were worth thousands of themselves. they gave fantastic recommendations for providers and was so helpful and organized during our last planning sessions. they trust their recommendations. she is a profi! my desire for each braut and tantigam is to have her own cheryl! not only was it our dream place, but we had several people say that eating (especially the parmesan kissed steak was the best eating they ever had at a high time, and some even said that it was the best steak of all time! the food tasting was an explosion and the apps were also incredible. my man and I were in several high times, but we were very jealous we could not visit our own as guests! I have zero complaining about our three-year trip with elements- it was really the perfect experience from beginning to end. I wish everyone could be there! Many thanks for everything they have done to make our day so special, we love the team at elements!

I booked the Elements River room sight unseen, and I will say one of the best things I’ve ever done! The food was amazing and the professionalism was over the top, had open bar for three hours. A huge shout out to Cheryl the event coordinator, Molly one , two and Rich the bartender who was great to all the guests. I would highly recommend the River room for any wedding rehearsal it was a seamless party. This was book during coronavirus pandemic which another obstacle which was handled perfectly.
