Tommy is amazing! He was incredibly patient, enthusiastic, and welcoming when we arrived. My partner doesn't usually enjoy wine, but Tommy took the time to help us find the perfect wine that he would enjoy. This restaurant deserves 5 stars!

We celebrated our 30th marriage anniversary at JaM wine tasting and it is simply an amazing experience. Loved the hospitality rendered by Jackson. Loved the way he explained the beauty ingredients in the wines. Did the platinum tasting and could enjoy the subtle flavours. It’s a must visit in Napa.Nita Uday Naik

Very rude experience calling to ask a question at 2:30pm on Sunday 2/19. Got hung up on when I was in the middle of talking. It sounded very busy in the background, so I can understand being curt and to-the-point. However, it feels a bit extreme to exhibit this kind of behavior even in the face of an (admittedly) silly question. I worked in the restaurant industry in a major US city for over 4 years, and never saw any of my colleagues respond to a phone call in this way.

Jackson was awesome. He was so personable and inviting and taught us so much about the wines.
