Noodlebox - Nanaimo

Well, I love Noodlebox and usually all very consistent. But the most important thing about a group brand is that you always get the same service, products, price and quality from any location. I had believed to have the Bombay Mac Cheese Box and went specifically to this place while I traveled for weekend and went in and just ordered to find out that had no Cavatappi noodle to make the meal? That was a great disappointment! The employees did their job and cute. Also toilets were not clean extractors dirty and garbage can overflow. Attention to details makes the difference and deserves the 5stars

Today flew for the first time in Nudelbox. went past and smells the most amazing smell, so we ordered lunch. Wow! They were the most loving people to treat. our food was prepared in good time when it was served fresh, hot and taste fantastic!! Please give them your money .. will they get a lot from now on?!!!!

Awful -first most Noodlebox I find the people to be customer service oriented at this location I?ve gone three times and the cashier is usually younger and nice or kind. But it is obvious the owner/chef is quite miserable and that says a lot to work to put into the food. This is the worst location for noodle box I?ve been going to Victoria?s noodle box ever since they opened it?s always been really hot and fresh with lots of veggies and really great sauces etc. I don?t know what happened the last three times at this location but it is mainly spending $14-$16 for rice or noodles very limited sauce and a few broccoli with some other small pieces. Huge disappointment we wont be here again

Ordered a gluten free med heat pad Thai. Quick, friendly service. Food was delicious and it was a huge portion for a great price, I will definitely have leftovers for tomorrow's lunch as well. Restaurant was clean. The handwritten note on the bag was a nice touch.

The lady who took my order was quick to acknowledge me, although she was busy taking a call from another customer. I ordered the medium-sweet chicken with jasmine rice. Cilantro was the shrimp. It came with warm Naan bread. It was ready within 10 minutes and costs $15.70. It was a good meal and I definitely go back.
