The command was wrong and what was brought out was cold. I returned my cheeseburger and they brought out a new one that was cold. the hate was hard and the cheese wasn't even melted. I will never go there again!

I went through dry ice cream there's nobody in line at all my fiance and I had to keep repeating order to the guy who was taking it a manager wouldn't even come and help him then we got to the window and they told us we had to wait 5 to 10 minutes I ordered a six piece not a six piece chicken basket and my fiance ordered a burger and that's all we had now we've been waiting 10 to 15 minutes outside in the heat I'm really really upset this place I recommend not to come to you the managers need to get their s together

Had to wait 30 min for food in the drive thru. Then they didn't put straws in my order. Of 3 drinks and dinner. And didn't put my dipping sauces.

Order often missing sauce or included items like the toast, when it is it's rarely cooked properly. Very slow drive thru during the afternoon and poorly managed orders.

The drive through wait was about 30 minutes. I was a little miffed at that, and I figured I would give them 2 stars. But, the kid at the window was working hard and still had a good attitude, so I decided on 4 stars .
