Ucchee’s Cafe - Nakagusuku

Before entering the restaurant, a chubby dog welcomes you in the parking lot. Despite thinking it was just a mascot, it turns out the dog's name is Kenta and he is the manager of the restaurant. Inside, there are about three cats living in the restaurant, which adds to the cozy atmosphere. I had the pasta set which came with a salad, bread, and drink for only 1000 yen, a very reasonable price. The sakura shrimp and shungiku genovese had a unique and delicious flavor, combining the fragrant sakura shrimp with the bitterness of the shungiku. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the kindness of the owner.

This cafe is extremely cozy and comfortable. I stayed in their guesthouse and was taken care of very well. The owner is very kind and their hospitality is top-notch, making me wonder if the amount I paid was enough. The amenities are also very good. The food is delicious as well. There are also dogs and cats, which was very soothing. The location is convenient as it is close to the highway and in the middle of Okinawa, making it easy to travel north or south for sightseeing. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Okinawa.
