This Chinese restaurant has been in business for 46 years! The kitchen is remarkably clean, unlike other restaurants that use a lot of oil. The chef and his wife are friendly and accommodating. In addition to their vegan menu, I asked for dishes to be made free of MSG, and they happily accommodated my request. The only downside was that the food was too salty, but I'm confident they can adjust it if I ask for it to be less salty. Be sure to make a reservation in advance if you want a vegan dish.
