Great service by very helpful staff in a first class hotel. Reception, the Concierge, and house keeping were excellent. It's an easy ten minutes walk from the Nagasaki main train station. Trams, buses and taxis are right at the main hotel entrance. Happy to stay here next time I visit Nagasaki. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent service. It's noted and appreciated, well done.
I think 20 years ago this would have been an incredible hotel, it’s not bad now, but I feel it needs a refresh, particularly the rooms. The staff are fantastic and the food was also pretty good. Location wise, depending on where in the central area you want to be, it’s also very convenient.

Easy access from JR Nagasaki station, only 7 8 min walk. A tram stop just next to the hotel. Spacious room, nice city view, polite staff. Nothing to complain at all :
