Mcdonald's - Mustang

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes for cold French fries and cold double cheeseburgers.

Ordered two sausage and cheese McMuffins this morning and said I wanted two more for a dollar. -Their special- and a coffee.Got to work, watching children. ... There were only two McMuffins and four children! VERY disappointed!There's a burger king less than a block away that's where I'll be going.I was the only car in the drive thru, so no excuses there.Get it together jeez ... Small order!!

I placed an order thru the app. Two of my burgers I asked for no cheese. When I got home they were ketchup only. Took them back up there and told the guy they were supposed to have no cheese, but the rest stayed the same. They gave me a bag of new burgers and I pulled over to look and they were McDoubles with ketchup only. Went back thru the drive thru and talked to the girl in charge. Told her I needed two McDoubles no cheese. She told me to pull up and they would bring the order out. I waited about 10 minutes. They brought the order out and when I checked the bag they were 2 patties and a bun only. They were just being petty and unprofessional at that point. I will never spend my money there again.

Honestly disgusted. Last week I ordered a #7 with no cheese. Both had cheese and one didn’t even have a burger patty in it. Then today I got two large fries I was almost done with mine and found a used hair elastic. Absolutely disgusting. This location just keeps getting worse

They always resend out the food piping hot and accurate. This is the one I go to!
