Chick-fil-a - Muscle Shoals

The food was excellent, but we travel throughout usa and have become used to a personalized visit. this facility reminds me of mcdonald’s and burger king

All the employees at chick filet were very nice, and friendly !!. And. They. Worked VERY hard to get my catering order. DONE !! )?? I HAVE TO BE HONEST

I ordered 2 salads one was wrong completely and wrong sauce when I called to get the order fixed they couldn't help me cause they couldn't find an order I placed 20 min prior. Not to mention the fries(I got for my 5 year old son who is in the hospital were cold and hard. Worst service in the shoals

Highly recommend this Chick-fil-A over the Florence location. Food is always perfect!

The food is great, and the people are friendly and use polite, professional manners. Recently, it's been like a normal drive through again because of the cold, but it was neat having people stand outside to take orders.
