Mcdonald's - Murrieta

I came here to introduce my kids to the McDonalds Play Place. We are visiting family from Manhattan Beach where we done have one.It was the most wonderful experience I 've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I 've been feeling that the customer service has been bad post COVID and am always a little dissatisfied any time I go out but I would come here every day if I could.My kids each got a happy meal and I got a sundae. The shift leader or manager noticed my sundae had melted since I was helping my kids and she brought me a new one. How nice is that!? My son tried going to the restroom and ran ahead of me and a worker immediately went to go help him, she was extremely kind and helpful. She noticed I had my hands full and made sure I had help when I Couldn 't remember the code for the restroom. The play area and restaurant dining area were pristine, service was very fast, the fries were hot and just as I remembered them. 10/10!

Changed my review after more thought on recent experiences. Every time I have been going to this location, there have been problems with the service and the food. The last few times I have been, the fries are way overcooked and taste too crispy and like burnt oil. They are not the iconic McDonald's fries I am used to. They are almost always out of something when I order. The orders are often incorrect and they can't get it right when I try to customize a sandwich by simply removing one item. I have given the location the benefit of the doubt but it doesn't seem to change so I will be going to one of the other locations in the area from now on instead.

Worst staff ever and the service is just as bad....

Ordered in the drive thru, couldn’t understand anything that was said on the speaker because there was multiple people talking at the same time. Pulled up to the window, paid, went to the second window, was handed the drinks and then instructed to park in a drive thru stall to wait. 20 minutes later, still nothing to the car, guy brought the food out after waiting for about 30 minutes. Missing food from both happy meals, no toys, this place flat out sucks
