Taste Buds Indian - Murray Bridge

I haven't had Indian curries this exceptional in a long time, especially around Adelaide Hills or Murray Bridge! Often, the food tends to be overly oily, but not here. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and even the samosas (I wish I'd ordered more) were crisp and incredibly flavorful without being greasy. I appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and the warm, welcoming staff. I'm glad I decided to take a chance on this place after being put off by previous experiences with Indian cuisine. Oh, and as I was leaving, I casually mentioned that I didn't eat dairy, and they kindly offered to remake one of the dishes free of charge because it contained cream.

This is the best naan bread I’ve ever tasted—absolutely incredible! Every type of naan they offer is fantastic, so you can’t go wrong with any choice. I’ve been there three times and ordered the butter chicken each time. I have to say, it might just be the best I’ve ever had as well. It’s a wonderful dining experience; I left completely satisfied. Taste Buds has truly raised the bar for Indian cuisine!

After reading all the great reviews, I decided to try Taste Buds. The vegetarian options were quite good, and I sampled the Korma, Mushroom Marsala, naan, and samosas. The Korma was absolutely amazing—one of the best I’ve had in a long time, packed with flavor. Everything tasted authentic and had a comforting “home-cooked” vibe, reminiscent of India, which I really appreciated! The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I highly recommend this restaurant!
