Yorma's AG - München

The wonderful sandwich restaurant in Munich main station.. The service is fast, the sandwiches are fresh and delicious, the prices are cheap, and there are drinks of all kinds and light sweets.. It is enough to watch the severe crowding on it to realize that it is the best

This review applies to Yormas in Stuttgart main station however it was not listed on Tripadvisor so I decided to vent about my struggles here instead. I have visited Yorma’s in Munich Hauptbahnhof and my experience was average, can confirm their ice creams and nice and frozen although their fruit salade was unsatisfactory During a brief trip to Stuttgart during my travels in deepest darkest Deutschland, I stumbled across a Yorma’s in a gloomy underground passage of the Hauptbahnhof. At first I rejoiced at the sight of a shop that was open on a Sunday but my joy was soon shattered once I ventured inside. My sights first fell upon a couscous salade, garnished with a slice of limone, which, although pricey, looked rather delicious. I put that straight in my basket. Although, like the good human I am, I decided to pay for my item and not just shoplift it, I was unable to reach the till as it was surrounded by a hoarde of people who prevented me from standing in line, and who had the absolute audacity to cut in front of me, leaving me shocked and appalled by the behaviour of these heathens. Finally, upon paying the lady manning the till seemed to care for neither efficiency nor customer satisfaction as she slowly and angrily checked paper bags for soggy pastries in an all but friendly tone. Needless to say, her conduct caused not only a lengthy queue of disgruntled customers but also caused me to regret my decision of choosing Yormas as my supplier of mid afternoon snacks. However I would certainly recommend the couscous au citron as it was indeed delicious.

Service is quick choices are excellent for transit passengers who are on the go, either with hot or cold snacks or then any beverage

The food is very good and price is worth it but the staff doesn't speak english and couldn't understand me when I requested the receipt. An other customer had to explain to the cashier. you expect that in the U-Bahn station their would be people speaking english.

Yormas seems to be a chain. They are all over the place. Fast, cheap and pretty good food. Sausages, sandwiches, drinks, doughnuts. They have a good selection.
