RestaurantCafe im Karstadt-Sport

I met my Bavarian friend here . I had a fresh papaya juice and a cheesecake. It is a great place on the top terrace of Oberpollinger .

Whole top floor of Karlstadt department store. The store is excellent and this cafe/restaurant does lovely snacks and cakes as well as full meals. We sat by the winddow watching construction workers at the station opposite. Lift service from ground floor so no problems of access.

Certainly a very large dining experience almost taking up the top floor of the department store. The antipasti was just okay the freshly made pastas were better and the soup of the day. Serves drinks although be careful not to end up with non alcohol beer. Wines too. Actually the prices for a department store seemed on the steep side. Plenty of seating
