The Richtershof was opened in 2001. A really stylish property with 3 restaurants: Culinarium R – Bistro Bar Remise – Wintergarten Baldachin I booked our second stay early with accommodation. A “arrangement” overnight with 5 courses menu and small extras. Service: The service starts on the homepage, increases by telephone and completes during the hotel stay. A fine Riesling from the grey slate, Leo Fuchs winery! You have to remember! I am not a Consommé fan. I would not have chosen this. An hustle and bustle was served. The clear soup with champignons and finely diced soup vegetables, according to my husband with beautiful mushroom aroma. A ravioli, with exactly the right bite, tasted my husband clearly and well to Basilikum. I love Basilikum, unfortunately I had no aroma with “Rüsselseuche” here, of course, does not flow into the review! . Wine tasting: 2012 Riesling trocken, Mülheimer Elisenberg vom Weingut Bauer. Every component in itself very good, but here just wasn't our sweet veins hit. The aromas almost too much of good and not so harmonious. Also the wine tasting, a 2012 Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spätlese did not lead us to the 7th sky. Too much gravity to rise into heaven... Ambiente: Here I can only say: The entire Richtershof is perfect and harmonious from the front to the back! Go, turn off and enjoy! Of course, well maintained to the last detail, the pictures hopefully give it back! Of course a perfectly covered table with candle, flower, fabric napkins... In all hotels and restaurants everything is an eyewitness here. Conclusion: 100% back! However: Without cold Essen á la carte. The menu was great. On the map of Culinarium R, however, I have discovered food that I do not get out of my mind. I prefer to choose my menu. Overnight stay in the beautiful hotel makes sense, breakfast excellent. Wellness area is very small and quickly overcrowded.
