Too much socialization with employees instead of paying attention to the commands. a worker had an evil attitude when he had to correct my icy latte. food: 2/5

So rude and confused my order. they throw my food on me. I am always so angry to leave this place

So incredibly rude and messed up my order multiple times. I’ve finally learned my lesson to never go there again. They messed up my order and gave me a sandwich instead of the donut I ordered, I went back and they said to give back the sandwich. I said I’m sorry I touched it with my hands and they insisted I still give it back. They refused to give my daughter's donut until I gave back the touched sandwich. I really hope they did not keep it to give to the other person after I gave it back. Out of courtesy and cleanliness you’d think they’d tell me to keep it since I had to come all the way back. My latte also had no flavor I ended up throwing it away. I’m honestly shocked this location is still in business. I will drive the extra half mile down the road to the next one for now on!
