Jimmy John's - Mount Prospect

My coworkers and i had an awful experience with a driver, like... a really bad experience! We called the store to make sure the manager knew this is how customers were being treated. Jim, the store owner called us back promptly and apologized. You could tell that he really meant it. He provided us with new sandwiches that day, and also offered to send us a catered order the following week. We are so grateful that we were accommodated, and we will continue to order our lunches from there. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers!

Slowest sandwich making Jimmy John's I've ever been in

Every time I call and order the staff is great! I never go into this location so I can’t say what it’s like to eat here. What I will say is that when I order for delivery it’s always fast and I’ve never had issues with my food.
