This place is special. Locals hang here. Wings are great, onion rings are crispy and the bartender feels like a long lost friend. I've been here a few times, but today's visit was unforgettable. For the first time we experienced a problem with our meal... But what counts is the service recovery. Our ticket was lost in the kitchen and it took about 45 minutes to get our food. The owner came to apologize personally, took 50% of the bill and gave us a free round of drinks. Oh and 10% of our next visit. I wouldn't have asked.
