Mcdonald's - Moundsville

The service I received from the Moundsville store this morning was top notch. The employee who worked the drive through the window register went beyond and beyond to provide me with a qualitative and friendly service. I had a bad morning and her friendliness and her polite demeanor changed my whole day for the better. Thank you for your great customer service!!!

McDonald was good. You forget to put napkins in your pocket almost always. However, food is still correct and good.

We have nuggets and drinks. I'm shocked that their ice and rag machines weren't down. Moundsville McDonald's was pretty good lately. The chicken bugs were delicious and fresh.

First Id like to say this place should be ashamed.. I spent 19 here for 40 pc mcnugget and fry bundle. I asked for the food to be cooked fresh cooked to order ' Well it was 2 minutes in line when I arrived at the window I said mam I asked for fresh food. Reason being I know how things go at these places I worked in a few. Well she gave me a dirt look closed the window turned around told someone else and the said pull forward while we get your fresh food. 4 minutes or less passed A MANAGER BROUGHT THE FOOD OUT. LET ME TELL YOU THEY HEATED THE SAME OLDDD MCNUGGETS UP AND BROUGHT THEM OUT . BY THIS TIME I WAS MAD AS HELL NOT TO MENTION THE FRIES WERE OLD AS WELL. I KNOW HOW LONG FRESH MCNUGGET AND FRIES TAKE .. SO PLEASE take my advice don 't bother going here or check your food because obviously they think their customers are STUPID... This isn 't a fresh Golden Mcnugget. It was so gross we threw the remaining amount away .

OMGOODNESS, I cannot believe what they get away with! I rarely eat McDonald’s, but enjoy a breakfast sandwich occasionally. Not anymore!! .89 for a slice of cheese on a $3.00 thin, flavorless, sausage patty and a raw biscuit that was smashed together and falling apart!
