Pollos Pucalor - Morristown

Terrible service, they should change the staff, because those who serve are always bitter.

I say Pollos Pucalor five out of five stars because the experience is very good. When I went to Pollos Pucalor, I ordered a chicken, plantains, and rice. The chicken was not good and not bad because it has no seasoning. Although, it is very delicious. Bananas and rice have many tastes, and I want to order them in the future. The experience at Pollos Pucalor is very entertaining. It's music in the background and it's very happy when I eat. The waiter was very friendly and he explained the menu to me. Pollos Pucalor is very good for fast food or sit-down food. The food is not very expensive, and I attended to learn about Colombian food. I'm going to eat Pollos Pucalor a lot.

I have visited this establishment a few times, and while the food itself is quite good, the atmosphere and service have not been very comfortable or welcoming. During my most recent visit yesterday, the staff seemed to be acting strangely and were laughing at me in an off-putting way.As I approached the counter to look at the menu, I noticed one of the employees walk over to the tip jar and start moving the money to another location, seemingly implying that they thought I might try to steal the small amount of change. The employees continued to stare at me and laugh, which made me feel very unwelcome.When I went to sit down, the staff member taking orders asked me if I still wanted to place an order, but did so in a mocking tone while continuing to laugh. Overall, I left feeling that the front-of-house employees exhibited prejudiced and unprofessional behavior that ruined my dining experience, despite the quality of the food. I hope the management addresses this issue with the staff.

We walked in at 7:48 and said there closed while sign said outside said 8:30 and everywhere else it did too, and the lady upfront was rude and obnoxious wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and the obnoxious lady need to be fired, we love pollos pocalor but after today my mind has changed

One of the workers was really rude and giving given me attitude and another worker give me a dirty look and attitude only because I called to place an order and I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes which I got there 10 minutes before I was told it would be ready and they wouldn’t let me go in and then they wanted to switch up and say it wouldn’t be ready until almost 12 but they open at 11am. Need to get better workers and ones that aren’t going to be lying over the phone and once you get there they don’t let you go inside to pay. I understand that it might take some time to cook the food but in that case just say “it’s going to take 45 minutes because we just opened” instead of giving attitude and saying it will be ready in 20 minutes
