That's the best cracker barrel I've ever had. the personal is amazing. eating is so delicious. this restaurant deserves more than five stars. I'll be back in the final. I also want to thank kathy and sandy for being so friendly and so respectful. I have great respect for them and the team. many thanks.
Best CB experience I had in a year or more. friendly. sa of hostess immediately. beautiful waitress, had to refill my drink before I even understood what to order. help my son command. she was proud that I was her job to serve us. cooks made a great job. Hot and fresh food in just a few minutes after ordering..with full dinning rooms. cash super friendly and took my feed back with a smile and encouragement to say management himself. manager was really quick to appear at the cash register for gastronomy: I told him what a great team he has. everything was excellent.
Service was great and personal really friendly although they were very busy and it was hard to get their attention. I ordered fried chicken that arrived under 3 minutes and honest was the worst I ever had. it was obviously a because under a hot lamp and I had to tear the chicken open to get to the meat through the diligent, which was tasteless and greasy. I traveled all day and couldn't make me complain when I was tired, but I'll never use a cracker foot again.
Awful food AND service! Only 2 stalls working in bathroom. Not one single person even smiled. Waitress rarely checked on us. Ordered a SIDE of country ham and it was over $9!! Which came out swimming in grease and was not allergy free as I explained I had many allergies. Now going home itchy with a horrible after taste of nasty ham. My husband got a full meal of country ham, 2 eggs, 3 tomato slices, grits and 2 biscuits and gravy for $11.49 but my side was $9.29. How does that make any sense?? Will not be back to Cracker barrel, especially this location
