Wendy's - Morgantown

There is always something negative about this location. Tonight the lobby was closed at 6. Employees were just standing around at the counter. Got to the drive through to order, no fries they wouldn't even sub for them in a biggie meal. We were going to drive through and a huge semi was blocking the aisle. Last time no one would take orders and mandate the kiosk. Which doesn't always work. The food is always good but service is hit or miss.

I don’t know if the people at this Wendy’s are bad at their jobs or just incompetent. This is one of the restaurants closest to my work, and when I only have 30 minutes on my lunch, it’s an easy option. They have messed up my food so many times; whether it’s putting something on it that I specifically didn’t ask for, putting the wrong meat on it, or forgetting to put something on it that is literally in the NAME of the sandwich. I hate this Wendy’s with everything in me.

I don’t recommend going to this Wendy’s location ever again. Heaven forbid they actually do their job right. I was at home sick having an allergic reaction so my boyfriend got me a burger, but they made both of our sandwiches wrong, he got them corrected. When he got home, I opened up my sandwich to find that they had only scraped the mayo off and flipped the burger. I’m allergic to mayo, already having an allergic reaction to something else, imagine the lawsuit they’d have on their hands should … – show

Food was typical, decent, Wendy's fare. This franchise is drive thru only, seating portion of restaurant is closed…so not good if you need a bathroom or indoor place to sit. They did have a few outdoor tables.

This place made us wait in the drive through for over 15 minutes and didn’t say a word then when they finally go to take our order they say they’re out of everything I try to order, even water. And someone was laughing the entire time in the background. The worst customer experience I’ve had.
