Outback Steakhouse Morgantown

Great steak, and everyone knows how amazing the appetizers are, but the real standout was the waiting staff. We arrived just before the conclusion, maybe half an hour and they were so gracious. We were amazed and very appreciated the meal service. (also the coconut shrimps).

I ordered the 8oz Sirloin (boiled perfectly on my order) and ribs comb for my birthday dinner and had leftovers to take home and later enjoy. Everything was fantastic as well as the Bluffel onion. The service was great. The music was initially a bit loud and out, but was better after the restaurant was busy for the evening, so only 4 stars instead of 5.

Started a little rocky, but Faith came through!! The waitress! She was amazing! She took the time away from her area and noticed that our party did not sit in another area and asked if she could help, she was not our waitress, but became our!! And for that we are so happy!! She kept our glasses full and when our food took a very long time lands entered and offered us some soup while we waited! They both said how sad they were because everything took so long. Super great people who know how to customer service RECHT!!! We will return!

Our server, Alyssa, was very sweet and prompt and did a great job. I was very impressed with her service. All the food was delicious, nice and hot, and right on time. The manager, David, was also very hospitable and sweet. My family and I had a great time. Food and service were both amazing. Thank you guys!
