Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Morgan Hill

Is the place still open I was told that it was close the food here is great I hope it still open it will be sad if it not

Great service. Everyone masked. Took me two other restaurants to find one with employees wearing masks! Well Done

Went to eat there few weeks ago. The person in front of me couldn't reside what they wanted and the owner refused to let me go ahead and order. So I sat down to wait after couple minutes the person still had no clue what she wanted. My order could of been completed. The owner still wouldn't take my order so I left.

After our previous disappointing visit to Dickie's Morgan Hill and our Yelp review, we were contacted and did received three coupons from Dickie's Corporate via mail offering free food, one coupon per purchase. We were surprised that anyone responded to our previous complaint but we were happy to give Dickie's another try. They have been a staple for BBQ for us for a long time so we were hoping for the best. Went back to Dickey's Morgan Hill today with one of the coupons and we were told that they do not accept those coupons. Again a disappointment. Maybe corporate should let their local franchisees know about these coupons. Regardless, I hope Dickey's BBQ Morgan Hill figures out something fast or they will be out of business.

Today a friend and I I went into the Dickies BBQ in Morgan Hill for lunch. Just wanted to recognize the staff who was very friendly and the food was excellent, cooked to our liking. Keep up the excellent work.
