Starbucks - Moreno Valley

Most staff are great! They are fast. drinks are hit or miss.

They were taking a while and that's fine but what isn't is that when i went in, who i believe was the manager or the owner was being really rude to her employees, and as both a patron and a business owner that was really disgusting to see.

If you've been to a Starbucks you know what to expect.

Went in one day with my mom and was ordering my usual 2 shots of blonde expresso over ice in a venti cup before i was even finished with my sentence some old lady (the manager i guess cut me off and said we cant do that you have to order a latte . I let her know i order that drink literally everyday so i know it can be made and i offered to show her my order on the starbucks app but she just waved her hand in my face and said nope cant do that instead she put my drink down as latte which was double the price of my original order and she didn’t even put the right syrup flavoring. To add to it one of her employees came in to grab something they had left behind the previous day and the same manager was being so rude to her saying felt so bad for the poor girl
