Refection Foods - Morehead City

We decided to try Refection Foods last night for dinner. My wife had a bowl and I had a wrap. Both were exceptionally flavorful, well-proportioned, and exactly as described on the menu. With an emphasis on understanding great tasting healthy food combinations, there is something for just about every food interest. Kaitlin is the owner and has a tremendous appreciation for healthy food eating, and a deep desire to make sure her customers love what they are eating. We will be back.

Ate here yesterday for the first time and we both really enjoyed our food. Interesting concept. You can create your own or you can order a special. We both ordered specials. We were a bit surprised at the price $30.00 for two entrees and two bottled drinks for lunch. Turns our the bottled drinks were $8.00 each so the food is reasonably priced if you take out the high price of the drinks.

Just what I needed! I tried their vegan meals last week and was not disappointed. Delicious and nutritious! Just ordered my second week.

Stopped by this little place on my way home. My first visit. I ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, vegetables, homemade chipotle sauce. It was all fresh and absolutely delicious. You can order wraps, lettuce wraps, with different meats and vegetables. They have daily specials but this is a “create your own” kind of place. This is a new place in Morehead City that has a goal of providing fresh, healthy and affordable meals. I believe they have seceded. Morehead City has needed a place like this.

My children recommended this restaurant to us after loving their meal times. My husband also enjoyed trying the food for the first time. We will definitely be returning.
