Glenwood Seafood Takeaway - Morayfield

Tonight was the last straw with Glenwood. We have come here on multiple occasions over the last 2 years since moving here and have been repeatedly disappointed. Almost every time we have ordered the expensive fish, we have found Issues ranging from bones still inside to inedible from unfreshness. We have refrained from complaining as the rest of the food was generally ok. That leads me to tonight, we found half of our order was missing, then when we called to tell them of this issue we were met with accusations and were basically questioned as to whether we were telling the truth instead of admitting to their mistake by two seperate people. Once we got in the car and drove all the way back down there we were made to wait to collect the food that we hadn’t been given in the first place, then given without so much as an apology. Extremely poor customer service, highly unprofessional, and I feel bad for the poor kids they have working there that have to be employed by these grubs. We won’t be coming here again and I would highly recommend that you don’t either.

First time I ordered from here was absolutely beautiful, this time round not so nice and was left disappointed. Pineapple fritters was almost like eating just batter, chips were average and the flake I ordered wasnt flake at all. Will give them another go another time and see what my opinion is then.

The battered barramundi was absolutely delicious. Had heard that this place had the best fish and chips in the area and they certainly did not dissapoint. Will definitely be back and will highly recommend.

Beautiful broken barramundi, served fresh with a side of chips, calamari and made home tartaric acid sauce they cannot go wrong. the prices are extremely affordable for the quality and quantity of food they receive and the chips are actually completely cooked in the opposite to some other takeaway shops.
