Tim Hortons - Moosomin

We waited before the line for 5 minutes, staff running around, but no customers were helped. We just went out. Other visits were extremely slow.

Here for a coffee and a snack. The music was loud and between the Plexiglas and Mask it was hard for the worker and I to hear. It took forever or I was the only one in the restaurant. Then my order was wrong. I had to ask for straw and napkins twice. The washrooms were dirty.

I went there at 5:25. They seem to open at 5. I went in to use the bathroom (not too busy, only 3 people in the line . After the use of the bathroom, I saw that the line above was 3 persons (not the same 3 persons. But I was in a little hurry, so I decided to go through the drive. I'm in my truck and two vehicles in the row. So no exaggerated morning for a Tim Horton. I ordered a bacon and eggs on a biscuit flour with an extra large double double. And asked for a dozen donuts for the people I work with. After about 30 seconds they came back and said they had only 6 donuts left (how do you run from Donuts 30 minutes after the opening on Thursday morning, which is not very busy? I noticed that my order was not entered on the screen, but they still asked me to go to the window. So I went into the window and they asked me for my order again. I have repeated it very clearly. Except for only six donuts. They gave me my donuts and my bacon and eggs. Last came my coffee. You told me I had a nice day like my order was done. At that time I was forgotten, I don't care how it is. So I ran away. I get half a mile away and open my bacon and eggs on a cookie, and it's a bacon and eggs on an English muffin. Take a sip of my coffee and it's sweeter! Not sugar! I am one of those who almost never complain about anything and about tips in restaurants. I had the need to write. No part of my entire service was right. Very chaotic bath, not get my hash brown, sweetener instead of sugar in my coffee, bacon and eggs came on an English muffin instead of a cookie, and had not enough donuts to order a dozen for the team at work, 30 minutes after the opening! What is this business?

I bought a 50-pack Timbits in Moosomin Saskatchewan. My friend bite into an acid cream glazed Timbit and it was of some kind of disgusting liquid.... I'll never buy anything from here again. Disgusting. I know for a fact that these guys of Timbits shouldn't have in them... How I work here.

Great Tim's, we had exceptional service, the young lady working gave us some great ideas on where to eat dinner in the area, she was very pleasant. the bathroom was clean
