Mcalister's Deli - Mooresville

Service was very rude and totally ignored us in the line, while she was facing us with her back not even something to do, it was?t until her manager came and nonchalant told her that there was a line almost to the door that our order was taken. She has charged us 26 dollars for two items that were added to 18. The servers screamed about the restaurant completely random and irrelevant things that I could say disturbed many guests. When we sat down, there were hardly any tables, because almost everyone was full of dirty dishes. The food was for the price. This place used to have an excellent service, it really saddens me to see how such thoughtful, indolent people can ruin a restaurant.

Food is great. But the lady white blonde curly / frizzy hair has a whole setting and just tastes the food with you. I get that everyone is short-handed, but the customer service is bad at this point.

Stopped in here for the first and LAST time while in the area. I gather staffing is an issue but no paper towels in the bathroom and several dirty tables is unacceptable. This is way out of character for any McAlisters I?ve been to in over a decade. Food initially came out on what appeared to be a dirty plate, and not as ordered. Sent it back and after waiting patiently, it was still wrong. Back of house is clearly not paying attention and must think their customers are stupid. FOH having to deal with this is unfortunate, but then didn?t seem too upset by my disappointment. Asked for a refund and left. Never again.
