Qdoba Mexican Eats - Moore

The food was amazing as always, however the lady who was in charge was so rude with the other employees, talking and giving them orders in a very inappropriate way. How you will offer a good service if the person in charge is yelling at you front of the customers? My first really bad experience in here

Roger White the franchise owner is adding extra charges! When asked about charges he got rude and said “it is what it is” “even if you file a complaint with better business bureau they will notify me and I’ll respond and they won’t do nothing” he went from assistant management at Norman to owner in Moore. He is a horrific person to serve at other restaurants treats servers like servants. He will throw hissy fits like a child if you ask about extra charges or “make his order wrong” when he’s waited on. Eventually he is going to run this place down to the ground like he’s doing to himself. Karma will strike it won’t be good after being an ugly soul in that beefy skin suit he’s in. If anything order online so you’re not being cheated out of money. I hope the employees are treated better if not you have the courage to find a better job management! Might as well pick a date you all quit he’s gotta shut down until he can find people that would tolerate working with him. Check fb groups there’s many other people with the same experiences.

Got here to pick up my mobile order and when I went to fill my drink noticed that both of the machines are covered in gunk all around the spout..They acted like i was weird for not wanting whatever bacteria is growing there. I took a Bottled drink instead and wouldn't have left the review but I got home to find that the order of rice,beans&cheese was missing the rice. Threw the food away cause they clearly aren't clean or capable of handle food safely.

Absolutely delicious, huge portions, and so reasonably priced! I can't eat anything with gluten or dairy and they had a wonderful gluten free vegan selection to choose from. The tortilla soup in a bowl was fantastic. My new favorite place for sure! Our delivery driver was also great, even though I know delivery service isn't directly through Qdoba.
