Jacksons Restaurant Rotisserie Bar Doubletree

The food was good not great some people ordered a wedge salad which had red peppers that were spoiled so we told the waitress and she did not care no one ate the red peppers on their salad. We had been there before they need a revamp of everything

Food was great, service was very slow. One waitress for the floor and one bartender. Not sure if she was forgetful or overwhelmed

The restaurant was in a hotel, and although we made a reservation, when we arrived a sign said seat yourself . The food was all overly sweet, including the calamari and the apple and walnut salad that had no greens. There was only one waitress who brought our drinks one at a time. Not impressed.

We really enjoyed our meals.....very pleasantly surprised......

We've always had great meals at Jackson's. The steaks are cooked to perfection and the appetizers are innovative and good.
