Brasserie Bavaria Sàrl - Montreux

What a great surprise hidden in a side street by the Montreux Casino. Qualitative brasserie food (boudin, seafood tested), easy going place with true food and kind hospitality. Tomorrow evening there Will be a band. We'll gladly come back to test that as well!

A clean and pleasant restaurant which served local wines along with others. Not exactly Bavarian, more French/Swiss. We ordered trout and perch, both of which were good, but I think the restaurant could have included both vegetables and potatoes (the rösti was good), rather than one or the other.

We were recommended to visit this restaurant, which is in a quiet street, and therefore it was a bit quieter than it should have been. The food is to die for, roast beef tartar was extraordinary! Huge portions and it comes with a friendly service, we will be back!

We had a very good dinner at the Brasserie Bavaria. However, don't espext sausages and so on. We can recommend the beef and fish. Very good recommendation regarding local wines.
