Pizzeria Bros - Montréal

It is customized, personalized pizza with a thin crust and made quickly. Lots of options to choose from. Great atmosphere. Served 12 of us in less than 10 minutes. The pizza tasted wonderful with lots of flavour. Has something on the menu for everyone!

We visited Pizzeria Bros shortly after arriving arriving in Montreal, as after a long flight we wanted something quick. Following the positive reviews on TripAdvisor we stopped off here and were very impressed. You can order from a selection of their own pizzas or create your own (with lots of topping options). It's made in front of you and ready in under 5 minutes. You can either take it away or eat inside like we did which is really nice and doesn't feel like a 'fast food' diner. It's located on the street next to the basilica so it's really easy to get to and very good value for money. If we ever return to Montreal we would definitely eat here again.

Came here for dinner as it was highly recommended. Its fairly simple, you choose your base, your sauce and your toppings. Then they shove it in the pizza ovens, you order some drinks and pay, a few minutes later you have your pizza on a tray and you grab a seat and enjoy. Its basically $10 for the pizza and sauce (a little extra for the gluten-free options), then its $1 for every regular topping and $1.75 for "premium" toppings such as meats and cheeses. It can get a little expensive because of this so make sure you control yourself with the toppings. There are plently of vegan options and my pizza was really good. I also bought a beer for $6. It was a bottle of pilsner and it was very good. I would have prefered more of a sit down service but for what it is it was very good.

If you don't mind soft crust, the pizza was fast, and very good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of options. Veggie. Gluten free. Beer and wine too.

Pizzaria Bros is fast food in the good sense of the word. You tell them what to put on your thin crust pizza and a couple of enthousiastic young guys make it for you. Takes about 5 mins. If your pizza tastes good, you picked your ingredients well. If it doesn't, it's on you as well....tho I can't imagine how you would be able to mess it up.
