Melk Cafe Stanley - Montréal

Great coffee, cozy and great service. There is no bathroom (or I didn't find it) which is a little inconvenient. Their art latte is really great. Unfortunately, they close very early so I could only go in my day off. Overall I believe it's a must try coffee for sure!

Epic! Exactly I judge a coffee shop by these two items. Simple. Banana cake and an espresso! On point! The acidity, the texture of the espresso was perfect! Staff were friendly hipsterly : thank you Melk fam !Food: 5/5

On the last day of my visit to Montreal, I stumbled across Melk Cafe while looking for the entrance to The Montreal Underground City. I wasn't sure I'd like it it seemed a bit more buttoned up than I usually prefer my coffee shops. It seemed more like a sweet iced latte sort of place.Their cappuccino and cortado proved me wrong. Both drinks were just the right temperature with excellent microfoam and nice dashes of latte art. Both tasted great, as well. No off flavors or sourness a bit on the chocolatey side.The baristas were all pleasant, but not in that phony corporate sort of way.I'd definitely go again next time I visit Montreal.

Lovely place, located on Stanley Street, Downtown Montreal.I highly recommend itFast service, you won't have to wait for a long time to get some coffee which unfortunately the case for some other coffee shops.Good atmosphere for those sitting inside.Im definitely coming over there during my coffee break time.
