Some donut are a bit more stiff and bread-like than others that really have that authentic soft, melty, krispy kreme feel. But despite that little inconsistency, this shop puts every donut makers in mtl to shame because OMG HOW DO THEY COME UP WITH THESE FLAVOR COMBOS??? I hesitated for a full 15 minutes because everything looked so good and...fun!!! Seriously, go! You won't be disappointed.
Les saveurs… wow! J’aime beaucoup le fait que la pâte ne soit pas trop sucrée, ce qui ne tombe pas sur le coeur! Il n’y a pas non plus la sensation de lourdeur qu’on mange quand le beigne est trop gras. Un must! The best doughnuts! I really like the fact that the dough is not too sweet, it makes us enjoy the flavours more. There is also not the feeling of heaviness that you eat when the donut is too greasy. A must!
We were in Montreal for 5 days and went to La Beignerie twice because oh my goodness these are the best donuts I’ve had in my life! We would have gone there a lot more but there’s so much food to taste in Montreal that we just had full bellies all the time the people working there were also very nice, the prices were great, I have nothing but love for this place in my heart! They also donate a percentage of their benefits to a new charity each month
Whether or not you eat plan-based full time, you're gonna be easily convinced by the quality of their donuts. Their pastries are always baked the same day that they sell it so the freshness is never a question mark. A must-go place to enjoy a satisfing treat that's gonna bring joy to your day.
