Kum Mon Restaurant - Montréal

Old chicken; burnt spring rolls; watered down plum sauce; missing cherry sauce for jumbo shrimp. BUT, what stood out the most was the unapologetic, dismissive customer service I received when I called to complain about the missing item and poor quality of food. Not even an apology. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If you want to spend $70 on leftovers and attitude, this is the place to call.

3.4 star overall?????? I just had this restaurant’s general tao and it’s EASILY one of the best in the city. 5 star taste and quality. Lightly battered crispy, generous on the chicken portion , tasty classic general tao sauce and very filling. Would order again in a heartbeat

I would give this restaurant -100 stars if I could. The service was terrible, with the waiter continually pushing us to order a meal for 10 people even though we didn't want to eat that much. He had a bad attitude and kept insisting that the food we were ordering wasn't enough for us. When we tried to place separate orders, they attempted to scam us by serving us a small portion of soup. I strongly advise against dining here.

When I placed my order I was told it would be at least an hour cause they were very busy, I called an hour and a half later to be told very busy but order was on the way. It took 2 hours 30 minutes til the order showed up. We got an apology from the driver but nothing from the restaurant itself. On top of that the food was room temperature. We won’t be ordering from here again

I tried ordering for delivery at 1:00pm on a Saturday. (They deliver from 11:30-22:00 as stated on their menu). The person picked up in a rude way, saying we do not have any drivers, call later, goodbye. Amazing customer service :D
