Coming from Philly, NYC, NJ and Long Island, SF. I’m spoiled. Everyone works in VT, that’s not what this is about. Chinese food isn’t about shucking slop anymore. It’s a fine art form, and I once spied them throwing frozen, possibly store bought dumplings into the fryer. I tried their fried rice and my blood pressure spiked. This is VT, I get it. We don’t exactly have diverse chops here, but do better or bring down your prices.
Old fried food. Sad to find my food was chewy and dry but refried.
The food is always good! Thankfully a nice local place.
I’m not here to knock, hard-working people ever. They work hard, and I think they care of the place. I’ve eaten there twice, and the food is definitely better than the one in Montpelier. But, it always taste old and it seems like it was yesterday’s leftovers heated back up again. Not cool when it comes out to 15$ a head.
