But I might as well just request whatever they feel like making that day because I never get what I ordered. Often, I end up with coffee grinds in the back of my throat. It’s surprising that such a large company can’t manage to make a decent cup of coffee. It really sets the tone for my day. Thanks, Dunkin’.
I've been ordering from this restaurant, both in person and through their app, for about two years. Unfortunately, I have to say that I won't be returning. I've encountered several issues lately with lost orders and missing items. It used to be good, but it has definitely declined.
I strongly advise against supporting this Dunkin' location. They required an employee to work while they were COVID positive, leading to three additional cases of COVID within the store. The area director, who is also the current general manager, insisted that these employees continue to work despite knowing they were infected. They were handling food and coffee, interacting with customers and other staff, and spreading COVID carelessly, all due to a desperate need for workers.
