Mcdonald's - Montevallo

It's McDonald's, what can I say. Service times were way too long. Other than that...it was a good experience.

Okay, so I get everywhere is raising their prices, however your quality of food should not go down..it should go up as the food prices go up. When I pay for a Sundae I expect the whole cup to be filled especially if I'm paying close to 3 dollars for it...not half way. Then when you guys have promotions, your suppose to tell your costumers. Especially if your customer is getting an item that qualifies. You also don't lie to your customer, when they ask you if they got the item that qualifies and say they didn't. This use to be the best McDonald's around and it's just gone down hill. Oh and at least attempt to fill the French fries too...if I'm gonna pay 15 bucks for one simple burgers and one meal .I may as well go to a nice dine in establishment..

What is your problem?!?!?! I got a super, tiny, thin piece of chicken when you are suppose to get a chicken breast filet on the chicken biscuit!!

Best place in Montana woman at the window always awesome!!! She's been there since I moved there 16 years ago she's awesome!!! Prices are getting to high to make as many visits as we use to though.

Ordered on app, no waiting, even though there was about 15 in drive thru.
