Great sandwiches... however I was unable to place my order through the Subway application 45 minutes prior to them closing. The application would not let me order.. I missed out on reward points and using a coupon. I was told it was too close to closing for a pick-up order; 45 minutes ?. Very irritated we still drove over, ordered, and left in maybe 10 minutes. Ridiculous!! ?To top it off an Amish/Mennonite family walked in as I was leaving. As the family was deciding on what to order the employees openly discussed how these people were coming in 20 minutes to closing. The gals appeared genuinely appalled that the family had the nerve to walk in like that. Well, I think the employees were appalling. They were incredibly rude!Well young ladies, if you 're open, then you 're open! You serve the customers until closing time. Where do you think your paycheck comes from?
Incredibly disappointed in this location. I placed an app order at 1:15 and came in about 5 minutes later since most locations get them made up really fast. They had 4 people behind the counter, which is more than I 'd EVER seen at a Subway, and figured they would certainly get my order done quickly since there were only 2 other customers there. I wait for about 5 more minutes and they still hadn 't finished the other customers yet. So I go walk around the shopping center for about 10 minutes and come back when the app had told me they would be ready by. They still weren 't done, and were just sitting there getting cold, half-made. So even though my order was past time to be complete, they were continuing to let new customers go before my order, and they were working incredibly slow to boot! Long story short, I waited around ANOTHER 16 minutes after my order was supposed to have been ready, for a total of 35 minute wait, and half the sandwiches were soggy and gross from having sat there for a lot of that time. If I hadnt already paid, I would have left them a long time ago and spent my money somewhere that deserves my business. To top off the bad experience, after someone handed me my bag, I turned to walk out and the lady behind the register said loudly Did he pay for those?! ; to which I replied Sure did! Not that I should ! &ing have to! If I hadn 't already been made late to an appointment by these people, there 's no way I would have paid for this sad excuse of service and food.
This subway is a great place to grab a sub. It's clean, but is located inside of another business. The staff is friendly and polite and always ready to make your sub.
I just ordered from the subway in montello wi.. There were 4 employees working the assistant manager 2 females and and young man. Instead of them helping the young man out they sat in the back stuffing their faces with bread and laughed at him while he did his best in making the sandwiches.. Happy with his service very unhappy with the assistant manager and the 2 females service.
