Canogola - MONTE ISOLA

We had come to Mont Iseo for walking and coincidentally decided to lunch at this restaurant. We were 2 adults and 2 children. When we came there were no other guests and we were greeted by the nicest lady who turned to be the waitress, the cook and everything else she was alone. Menu is simple but good typical Italian and we took the menu and kids had pasta. Everything was superfresh and the trout fried in butter we had for main was outstanding. The winelist is comprehensive and mis priced to the cheap side so also here great. This is not haute cuisine, but excellent simple fresh food, served by a person who truly care and enjoy in a stunning setting. You can arrive by your own boat in front if you like.

Well worth the effort to walk down from Siviano into Porto Siviano. Choice of three paths or arrive by ferry and walk along the small lakeside promenade. Wonderful food and place to eat. Agree with the previous reviews.

There are still places fully surrounded by nature like this It is really an unique place where you can eat the same as if we were in 1947 in northern Italy The meal is simple but tastefull typical cooking from old Brescia cousin.Excellent the salami , fish and oil hand made in Montisola

A Hugo or a Spritz sundowner; dont recall the exact drinks, nor did we have time to eat, but being there practically alone and warming stretched put in the sun on the soft warm wood of the pier after a quick cooling swim, were moments never to forget. Pure poetry!

Located just at lake in Porto Di Silviano on the island Monte Isola in Lage Isola in Lombardy it was not easy to find. But once there it was a pleasant experience with a waiter that enabled us to place abn an order altrhough they (almost) were closed for lunch. We selected the home made ravioli which by itself was worth the visit. This restaurant is different from the other restaurants on the island guaranteed.
