Professional pouch. We booked by e-mail, then, since we did not receive an answer, by telephone in advance and so much confirmation from the person who had responded. As it was the birthday of two people of the family we wanted to make a nice surprise with the reservation in this farm. Arrived there, the nightmare started. They didn't find the reservation, and they even let us out because we didn't book!!!! After the verification of the mail sent, which my husband showed to the owner, they didn't even try to make up, since it was not our fault! Anyway, we left the place with so much bitter and so much shame towards the people we invited and who did the birthday! Bad organization! I wouldn't even give a star, but you can't send the review, so the star really doesn't deserve it!
