Del Taco - Monrovia

April 8, 2024. DEL TACO IS CLOSED 6:25pm. All doors locked.Drove to Burger King.April 4, 2024: Ordered a small burger with guacamole, no cheese. My receipt said 2 scoops. I got maybe 1/2 teaspoon mixed with lettuce. I did not get 2 scoops that I paid for. What size is their scoop? 1/4 teaspoon x 2? I did not ask it to be mixed with shredded lettuce.Awful just awful. ONLY ORDER GUACAMOLE ON THE SIDE. Do not let them mix 1/2 teaspoon with lettuce. And Joanne or Joanna hates her job. She was not polite. She needs to not work with the public in my opinion.April 1, 2024:Outside trash cans are full and over flowing. How is that possible?March 8, 2024.Thank you to management for a dollar off coupon for review below.Now today, the man cleaning the grounds is very rude. I tried to talk to him about trash he missed under my car when I pulled out and he was angry I bothered him. It’s not necessary for him to be rude.So after only being here for maybe 20 minutes he refused to walk back and pick up the trash. So the trash will sit and make Del Taco look ugly.Ya might want another Gardner or Grounds keeper.Waited in the drive thru as 7 cars ahead of me and after repeating my order at the window and after paying, I drive off and guess what? My order is wrong. Why? Now I am back in line and 8 cars ahead of me. My time is valuable but obviously that is not important to Del Taco. No respect. So who made the mistake and why? Obviously the Manager does not have a good trained crew. Not cool.

Filed formal complaint with corporate.Laziest uneducated workers at this location. Manger is hiding in the little corner wall, listening to problems and ignoring everything. Ladies working have unethical customer service. I literally saw father and son walk in not get acknowledged for 10 minutes until they left without ordering. When I brought it to the little girls attention. Her first excuse was can 't you see Im busy.... we both looked around the restaurant to realize she was lying since I was the only customer there... to which she continued, well I don 't care. After reading reviews, I 'm not surprised with this behavior

No soap in the bathroom. Nacho cheese burrito thing was decent

Everything we ordered was cold.. like cold meaning you might get food poisoning. The bean burritos were all cold but my wife and I also noticed that the tortillas were hard and cold like they weren't cooked or they were old. I ordered extra cheese for the burritos and they just stuffed a large wad of cold shredded cheese at the opening of the uncooked tortilla. It was really bizarre.All my wife's food was cold like mine too. Like nasty cold. Lost our appetites and just tossed everything After taking a few bites. I hope we don't get sick. I don't know what happened but this used to be my favorite place as i was here several months ago and there was a different group of workers and the food was great.

They could not have been any slower, indifferent or inattentive. And still got my drink wrong. They seemed to work well together but in no hurry. Complete lack of customer care.
