Firehouse Subs Derry Santa Maria

Last visit was delicious. Today's visit not so great. Very disappointing and underwhelming tbh. Steak cheese... meat dry and cold, bun stale, toppings scarce. For a $15 premium sub this missed the mark. Do better Firehall pleaseFood: 2/5

Very well run restaurant. Lots of employees to serve you. They make a good sub and I was surprised by how good the side salad was. Very fresh. Highly recommend stopping by.Food: 5/5

Great quality of food, well worth the higher price compared to other sub places

This location is very busy with very little parking. lots of staff helping customers but during lunch is definitely a bit of a wait. Had the Italian sub and its not the same food as the US location have. .. the sub wasn 't toasted but steamed? and was soggy. Not a fan of warm veggies on a sub either. The flavours were ok, but as soon as the sub cooled it was very mushy. Also this location doesn 't have any of the condiments that US locations have.
