Starbucks - Modesto

So I bought a Vente caramel frappe and this what I got and then they didn?t even have all my change and all she does is laugh

I've been here twice bc it's the only one open at 430am sadly this is the worst experience I have ever had for a Starbuck. I asked for ice green tea and oatmeal the two times and the 1st time I asked for a straw but guess what no straw or spoon. So the second time I asked for a straw and a spoon bc maybe we have to be more specific. And the same. The girl got upset bc I guess i can't ask gor at least a spoon. no apology or acknowledgement of error or at least for well manner have a good one, just a mute. Service needs training and if you don't like your job find another someone else probably we'll feel blessed to have your position. I guess dutchbros is starting to win on customer service.

I got a refresher from starbucks and it was so watered down. I'm never going to this Starbucks again, I waited 15 minutes in line to get something watered down drink.

The bomb.. this is drink is 1 of my favorites it's the vanilla bean frappe with alil twist of my own carmel drizzle toffee nut 3 pumps of Expresso because I like it strong and I'm out!! Enjoy

For me it?s the faster Starbucks drive service in Modesto, I don?t have 5 stars because always the things are able to improve. My matcha tea ???? is good but the cup is crying. Speedy and kindly is a good couple ????
