El Pollo Loco - Modesto

Good meal of freshly grilled chicken and sides. A little expensive, but for me it beats competition over the road (KFC).

Driving into a restaurant was 1 mile long. Double chicken Avacado salad and a double chicken Nachos. I didn't finish my nachos with a simple chicken salad. The register was made of paper so she said she couldn't give me a receipt! Are they not trained to load the paper? I think I was overwhelmed, but I couldn't prove it without reception. Not the first order is wrong. Had checked before leaving.

For the longest time I didn't like El Pollo Loco this year, I really started to really like their chickens, but I had a bad experience. there was a hair in the bottom of the churro bag that eclecated for me. The Churros are always hard, no more Churros for me.

I love El Pollo Loco! For some reason, this location food is simply not delicious and they skip ALWAYS on ingredients. Like 5 beans and a dozen rice grains. For a double chicken tostada, not much chicken or small burnt pieces. When I'm in town, I bless it, but disappoint every time I come to this place.

I love their chicken. Hadn't been in for about 6 months but today I hust bought I chicken, bean burrito and the chicken was way overcooked. But what really disappointed me was the guacamole sauce. It was awful. Watered down green sauce is all it was. Did not resemble guacamole sauce. For a moment I thought I was in New York City. Awful. What's going on Pollo Loco are trying to cut corners?
