What a difference a few months make!!! The last time we were here it was really nice. Fast forward to this visit and a lot has changed. First up the menu has changed, it has gotten very expensive I mean ridiculous. If we would have known it was thisexpensive we would have went to the Juicy Seafood to get waaayyy better service and food for this price!! Family of 4 with anappetizer 4 drinks 4 entrees was $125+ like seriously!!! That?s how expensive the menu is now. And it wasn?t worth $30. Second,I don?t believe they cook much of the food anymore we were told by the waitress that they food was microwaved and you could tellcause the ex: ?steamed broccoli? was just heated up in the microwave and had black spots on it. We didn?t eat it and sent itback. The waitress tried to tell us the black spots were from steaming the broccoli too long but how could that be if you toldus it was microwaved!? Then we ordered the triple dipper appetizer that was $17.99 we wanted 2 orders of southwest egg rolls andone order boneless chicken wings. As it suggest you pick 3 appetizers on the triple dipper. Why she charge us for 3 separateappetizers and the manager tell us when we disputed the bill that we should have told her when we got the food. How are wesupposed to know how it was going to come? She was like I?ll fix it this time, you won?t ever have to worry about having to fixit again done with this trash off an establishment!!! VERY BAD TASTE IN OUR MOUTH FROM THIS!!! Save your money, time, andaggravation!
We arrived at 1840, we ordered our drinks and an appetizer, then immediately ordered our food, 1 hour later, still no food, our waitress kept apologizing for the wait and she was great and we knew it wasn't her fault however it took another 30 mins for ourfood to get out and we ended up getting it to go because it took so long and after we got home 10mins down the road the ordersare not complete and I was missing half my food. Never ever again will I eat at this Chili's or any other.
Tried again last night and was very disappointed food was horrible and we spent 70 smh. Never going back! 9/11/22 The night started good. Unfortunately I got the wrong order and had it to go from bar. It took forever and we had to keep asking fordrinks, no waters and was disappointed they ordered the wrong food and the steak was ordered medium but was very rare. I wishedthe night and food would have been better. Especially for 70 bucks! Seems like they need to work on customer service. Chickenfajitas were not good.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We walked in and there were only 3 tables being served at the time by 1 waitress. The hostess tells us the wait is 30 minutes. As we are deciding whether to stay, (giving them the benefit that maybe they are understaffedthat day) my brother walks to the restroom and 5 employees are sitting in a booth playing on their phones. That's why the waitwas 30 minutes because I guess they were all on a break at the same time. Get it together!
