Arby's - Mobile

The workers at this place are very nice. it is usually very empty when you go to the lobby at all, and I often because the side window of my driver does not work. the people behind the counter are always super pleasant and the mood remains really cool. they get their order to them quite fast, but it feels very relaxed overall in a super nice way.

My sandwich was dry and cold. Not sure if it was due to the end of the day but im sure I won't be back

I order a brisket sub with dipping sauce and this is what I received. If you can see the meat is dried out and the cheese is old, seems to be old curly fries(? . First time I’ve been disappointed in Arbys. Attempt to fill out a survey but the store location 1865 is not found LOL

So the young man at the window must've been mad because he got my order wrong. He didn't give any sauce for my big order and forgot my milkshake. When I said I didn't have my milkshake I payed attention to him while fixing it. For one it doesn't take 2 people to make a shake. He gave the girl he was working with my shake and she went somewhere with it then gave it back to him and he put the whip cream on it. My discernment is too real bc it let me know not to drink that ish and to get my money back! I don't play with my food and if you care about yourself or family you wouldn't either. I will never patronize this establishment again bc yall playing with people food and I don't play that!

I wouldn't waste time stopping, got there 15min till 12am on Saturday night and said they were already closed, guess lazy is what Arby's is now
