I tried it tonight with another vegan and some family members, and we were blown away from the excellent food, helpful waiters and plenty of vegan options! we tried everything on the menu that could be made vegan: a beet dish appetizer, the lens salad (so good, get it! and the polnta and risotto entrees. both of them were excellent. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that they even had a vegan dessert option! The berry baskets are vegan when served without a whipped cream. it was also delicious! scotty’s table is expensive, but I can say that it is the fine dining option in missoula for vegan, and eating was delicious!
Two entrees that can be made specifically as vegan (drilled polnta and risotto), as well as a series of appetizers that can be easily adapted. Very good.

During our month of travel, my husband and I found Scotty's Table to be our favorite dining experience so far. Housed in a historic building along the river promenade, the atmosphere was charming. We both enjoyed our meals - my husband's schnapps and my chicken souvlaki were excellent. The bread served with herbal butter was so delicious that I could have made a meal out of it alone! For dessert, we tried the lemon cheesecake with heidelbeer compote and whipped cream, which was also fantastic. The cheesecake had a crispy Graham cracker crust, making it the best I've ever had. The cherry on top was the great service we received. I even posted a picture of my meal on social media and our server, Jenna, took the time to send me a picture as well. If only Scotty's Table would open up in Wisconsin - we would be regular customers!
