The staff are very friendly and do whatever they can to ensure you enjoy your meal. We were seated quickly and greeted by our server right away. The server was quick to provide us with menus and drinks. When we received our food I told was hot and very tasty. The overall price was very reasonable.
Typical Swiss Chalet fare. The server was very friendly and kind. I had a wrap with vegetables and was happy with my meal.
Swiss Chalet is one of my favorite restaurant. Pleasant environment, good food and accessible prices. The staff is always king and very accommodating. Will I retur? surely YES !!!
The food was delicious and the service amazing...would reccommend to anyone looking for a guaranteed good meal!
I arrive mid-week, late for dinner and the place was dead. I was seated in a both in the bar area which had a very bright light shining on the table. I felt like the roast beef on a buffet line! For an appetizer I went with the pierogi ($7). It was deep fried and really bad. It had the skin of a soft Bavarian pretzel but was very tough. My entrée was the half chicken ($14) which was very dry and my first introduction to what I came to find was the famous (or despised) Swiss Chalet gravy. It was the oddest tasting gravy I ever had and downright horrible whether dipped into with bread or placed on the chicken.
