They always have the Jay's game playing on the screens and the service is usually decent. If there are any issues, there's usually a manager on site to take care of it, like most other Cara-owned restaurants. One good thing about big restaurant chains is their commitment to customer service and food safety. It wouldn't be my first choice in the area, but it's not the worst place in the world, especially if you're looking to watch playoffs without spending too much money. It's not as busy as Boston Pizza or Jack's at Square One.
My wife and I ordered both a AAA 10oz Sirloin medium for our lunch, when both plates arrived the outside was I little bit burned and once I cut a piece the sirloin was hard to cut and they were well done.I won't give one or two stars because the service was great, but food....
I don't care what anyone says, Montana's has the best burgers hands down. Their chipotle firecracker burger is to die for. The tastes and textures are amazing. My husband loves their Bison burger. This location was clean, the server was very friendly, the food came out quickly, and the quality was great. One warning: the bathroom is freezing. Hopefully you do lots of squats because that toilet seat is probably ice cold!
My son insisted that we go to this Montana's as he wanted some steak. Surprise Surprise... it was their 20th year celebration day and they had some fabulous menus, rates. The whole place was decked up in balloons. Giveaways, beer prizes, $1 a bone ribs special and a large variety. We were there early so the place was not yet crowded. Ordered the following:Ceaser salad without any meat or bacon bits - Surprise Surprise - they served it with Bacon bits. Offered to change it without an apology. They changed it without an apology.Ribs: Truly delicious. Fall of the bone. Need to go back on Wednesdays when they have all you can eat ribs.Steak 7oz: Asked for medium well done. It was served well done. A bit on the rough side. but edible. However the waffle fries that came along with it were delicious. The server was a bit grumpy initially but then she warmed up and became friendly.
We came here for our grand daughter's birthday. Great ribs, good beer. My son had the 32 oz and I had the pint. Waitress was for Croatia. Very friendly, food arrived quickly, was cooked just right. Everyone had a great time. not our first time here.
